Know Before You Go

Each event at our venue has its own specific bag and camera policy, tailored to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees while respecting the nature and requirements of the performance or activity. It’s important to check the individual policy for each event beforehand, as these guidelines can vary significantly depending on the nature of the event.

Bag Policy

For the Usher concert, attendees are allowed to bring small bags or clutches no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"; larger bags, including backpacks and duffel bags, are not permitted. Medical equipment bags and diaper bags are exempt but subject to inspection at designated entry points. We encourage guests to arrive early for security checks to ensure a smooth entry process. Please adhere to this policy to help us ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

Camera Policy

Personal photography is allowed at the Usher concert using mobile phones and small cameras without detachable lenses. Professional photography equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, video cameras, and drones, are strictly prohibited without official media accreditation. Flash photography, tripods, and selfie sticks are also not permitted to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all attendees. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to create a memorable experience for everyone.

Ticket Office

Tickets for Footprint Center sports and entertainment events are available at the Footprint Center Box Office located at 201 E. Jefferson St. All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows. The Ticket Office will be open at 3pm on weekday events and three (3) hours prior to event time or weekends.

Parking

Footprint Center features more than 700 parking spaces on its property, including parking for quests with disabilities. Prices for parking vary by event. Please call the Footprint Center Parking Office at 602-379-2003 for specific event parking prices and information.
