Footprint Center is committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

GETTING TO FOOTPRINT CENTER

Footprint Center is located in downtown Phoenix at 201 East Jefferson Street. The light rail offers accessible and affordable transportation options for any guest.

Bus Stops and Light Rail Stations are all on accessible routes to and from Footprint Center.

DROP-OFF LOT

Vehicles cannot be parked or left unattended in drop-off zones.
Drop-off for a game or event taking place at Footprint Center is on 3rd St. just south of Jefferson at the green curb.
Drop-off for will-call and ticket office is on 1st St. just north of Madison.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Footprint Center Garage
- Entrance is at 1st St. and Madison.
- Accessible parking spaces available on all floors and is first-come, first-served.
- Parking passes are sold as general parking and does not reserve accessible spaces.
Jefferson Garage
- Entrance is from the south on Jackson St.
- Accessible parking spaces are located on floors 1-5 near elevators, available as first-come, first-served.
- Parking passes are sold as general parking and does not reserve accessible spaces.

Keep in mind that the parking passes sold are for general parking and not specifically accessible parking. Again, this means that early arrival is always recommended.

If you have a parking placard or plate that allows you to use an accessible parking space and you do not need an access aisle for a wheelchair, scooter or walker, please consider using a standard space that is close to the entrances or elevators. Though all of our parking garages have more than the number of accessible spaces required by the ADA, the demand for these routinely exceeds the number available. This helps those who really need an access aisle to transfer from their vehicle to a mobility device.

Footprint Center is committed to providing every guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Throughout our facility, efforts have and continue to be made to ensure this is true for our guests with disabilities as well.

SERVICE ANIMALS

· Service animals are welcome at all Footprint Center events.
Service animals are defined as a dog, or sometimes a miniature horse, that has been trained to perform a task(s) relating to a disability.
Emotional support animals, therapy, comfort, companion, or service-animals-in-training are not protected under the ADA and are not permitted at Footprint Center.

SENSORY INCLUSION

· Footprint Center is a proud partner of Kulture City and is a certified sensory-inclusive venue.
The arena sensory room is located in the Guest Services Office in the Pavilion, just inside our main north entrance.
Sensory bags are available to checkout from the Guest Services Office for use during events and include ear protection, fidget toys, emotional cue cards, and weighted lap pads.

COMMUNICATION ACCESS

Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)

Guests can check-out ALDs from the Guest Services Office at all Footprint Center games and events
ALDs at Suns and Mercury games transmit the local radio broadcast
ALDs at concerts and events will transmit the event sound

ASL Interpreting

Sign Language Interpreting is available upon request by submitting the request form located below
Please submit a request for ASL Interpreting at least two weeks prior to your event
Seating locations will be based on availability and show set up

Captioning

Captioning is provided for all Suns and Mercury games. All other events upon request by submitting the request form below
Captions are shown in all four corners of the arena on the display ribbon, or they can be streamed to your device via the Suns & Mercury mobile app or by accessing this URL: https://www.nba.com/suns/cc

A live audio description of an event is available upon request by emailing accessibility@suns.com

MOBILITY ACCESS

Seating

Wheelchair accessible seating is offered at all price points on a first-come first-served basis. To purchase accessible seats, please call (602)379-7800
If you prefer, we can store your mobility device in the Guest Services Office and provide a wheelchair escort to/from your seat
If you prefer to keep your device with you, it cannot be left on the concourse or in a circulation route
If you have difficulty navigating stairs but do not need a wheelchair accessible location, row 20 in the 100 level and row 2 in the 200 level do not require taking stairs

Wheelchair Escorts

For guests that have difficulty walking distances, a wheelchair escort can be requested from any entrance, or from the guest services office in the main north pavilion.
Escorts are available to take guests to and from their seats at the end of an event.
Wheelchairs cannot be rented, borrowed, or operated by anyone other than a Footprint Center team member.

Restrooms

All restrooms on all levels are accessible
There are gender neutral/family restrooms available on all levels
The pavilion family restroom is equipped with an adult-sized changing station
All courtside suites have a family restroom
Main Concourse locations: 105, 111, 117
A-Suites: In the Jim Beam Barrel Bar and near suite A14
B-Suites: In the Hideaway Bar and near suite B14
Upper Concourse locations: 210, 211, 222
