Ticket Office Hours

The ticket office will be open at 3pm on weekday events and three (3) hours prior to event time for weekends. For any further questions or ticket inquiries, please reach out to feedback@suns.com or call the Footprint Center ticket office at (602) 379-7800.

To ensure a smooth transition, we will have signage displayed around the outer building which will include a QR code for fans to scan on their mobile device.  Once scanned, the QR code will direct you to our ticketing events to complete your ticketing purchase digitally.

The Footprint Center Ticket Office is located in the Pavilion on the Northwest side of the facility at 201 East Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85004 (corner of 1st Street & Jefferson).

Refund Policy

All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat selection. Policies set forth by Event Organizers generally prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.

Tickets therefore cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. If a refund is approved, we cannot issue a refund to a different credit or debit card.
